Bronllys Hospital 136 Suite

SPP was appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for the provision of a 136 Suite, providing a place of safety for those detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act. The hospital remained live throughout the refurbishment and comprised internal alterations as well as installation of specialist doors and equipment including a dedicated private access. The works were procured traditionally utilising a JCT Minor Works Contract.
