Newtown and Ystradgynlais X-Ray Refurbishment

SPP was appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the concurrent refurbishment of the X-ray facilities at both Newtown and Ystradgynlais hospitals. The works involved major structural alterations to changing and waiting areas and the full refurbishment of the X-ray rooms themselves. The works were procured traditionally utilising a JCT Standard Contract with sectional completion.
