Roman Downs Care Village

SPP was appointed as quantity surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators for the construction of a new retirement village. The village incorporated at its centre an 80 bed extra care home with on-site care staff, lifts, lounges, dining room, restaurant, community centre, hobby room, laundry, café, activity room, hair dressing salon, bar, library and assisted bathing facility. The village also has 54 flats and bungalows for independent living but with support as required.
