Llangollen Police Station Refurbishment

SP Projects was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for the refurbishment of the existing Llangollen Police Station. A facility within the centre of Llangollen and within the town’s conservation area, the project involved the complete refurbishment of the ground floor including the refurbishment of cells and front of house areas. The works were procured traditionally utilising a JCT Standard Contract.
